Placing an order is very straightforward. Browse our site and 'ADD TO CART' the items you require. A list of your purchases is detailed on the checkout page followed by the prices and the total payment you will make including shipping and VAT. Carefully fill in your details, paying particular attention to your credit/debit card details. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with transaction and order reference numbers.

Our charge for post and packing is £10.00 + VAT for our standard 3 day delivery to mainland England, Wales and Scottish borders only.

If you live in: Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Scotland, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Coastal Islands without bridged links, BFPO addresses, or the Republic of Ireland you may need to pay an additional sum. If on Delivery the Goods appear to be visibly damaged you must notify the Carrier immediately that you will not accept Delivery otherwise you will forfeit your right to reject the Goods for visible damage.

We will send your order to you within a time frame agreed between us.

Building Regulations

It is incumbent on the customer to ensure that the product is purchased and installed according to current building regulations. For example, it is a requirement of Building Regulations Part L (England & Wales) that a condensing boiler is fitted.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

All orders are subject to 17.5% VAT.

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

All our products are covered by the full manufacturers warranty subject the installation meeting their requirements. Full details are included with the boiler.
